I’ve noticed that a lot of their reviews are exactly the same wording but different names so I’m a bit sceptical guys. I think you should be careful especially the fact that it says when you actually get the bottle that it is not FDA approved. Also they don’t even tell you where it’s made on the bottle, I will still try it and maybe change this if they don’t delete it, but let’s see
I have been taking it for over 6 months or more. It did not stop eating. I can eat all the time. Some nights I sleep good and sometimes I don’t. I think it is just a scam. I really wish it worked like they say. I will say I don’t see really any improvements. That is my opinion.

Overall, I have to say that this combination of magnesium has been great. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and migraines, and let me tell you it has helped tremendously And I recommended It. What I liked most is that this product has 12 different forms of magnesium - the odds are good that one or more of those forms will be helpful, since many studies indicate we don't get enough magnesium. I did not realize there are so many different forms of magnesium. I like that, but the dosage is one per day. The per-capsule cost is very reasonable. I like the formulation and incorporated it into my nighttime routine and it does help me sleep better without a significant 'hangover' in the morning, as some other formulations do. You can read the formulation - all common ingredients for relaxation, feeling better and better sleep. I have been trying different formulations for many years and this one is right at the top for reasonable cost, good taste and effectivenss for me. I did not find any down sides to this product. It is well manufactured, tastes good and covers the bases. The label says it is for women, not mentioning men, but as a man, I can say they help men just as much. I could not find anything that was gender specific, except in marketing. I am retired and do not know how one measures cortisol, except that stress is unhealthy and promotes weight gain and I really do want to maintain my weight and be healthy. I am assuming that one also follows the standard advice of staying hydrated, eating healthy and getting enouogh exercise, all of which make this product more effective, in my experience.
